Product Display and Colors 

East Troy Basketry attempts to display product images shown on the site as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the color you see matches the product color, as the display of the color depends, in part, upon the monitor you are using.

Refund Policies

If you are not satisfied with the products we sent you, please contact us within 30 days. Email basket@easttroybasketry.com or call 262-642-3732 for return authorization. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. Of course, we will refund you if we have made a mistake or if a product is damaged in shipping. There are no refunds on patterns or books.

Privacy Policy

We collect information from you on a secure encrypted connection when you make a purchase, sign up for our mailing list, and/or register on our site. You may however visit our site anonymously. Your name, contact and shipping information are recorded with us. We do not collect or save any credit card information. We do not use cookies. Any of the information we collect from you is used for:

• Providing a faster more convenient shopping experience on future orders once you register.
• Providing you with information on our products
• Your invoice is saved for our internal use, providing information for sales, refunds, credits and returns
