2005-36, Pattern Only. Mingari - Pattern by Flo Hoppe - Mingari is inspired by a Japanese style basket. The focal point is the weave at the top which is known by Japanese basketmakers as a "pine needle" pattern. The interesting effect is achieve by working a braid weave over an uneven number of spokes divisible by three. The basket is finished with a rolled border worked around a core.
