Class Registration and Cancellation Information

TO REGISTER FOR A CLASS:

Register: Call toll free: (888)424-9866 or locally (262) 642-3732 or please go to the Contact Us page to email us directly.

Deposit: To hold your place in a class, we will need to receive payment of half of the class fee. You may either give us your credit card or mail us a check. If you prefer to mail a check, we will hold your place in the class for one week to give you a chance to send your check. If we don't receive your check and the class fills up, we will attempt to call you to give you another chance before filling your spot.

Confirmation: Due to the large volume of classes and our small staff, you will not be receiving any kind of confirmation letter or call that your check has arrived. If you wish to double check that we received your payment, or confirm any other information about the class, feel free to contact us.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

For classes by ETB staff and local instructors: In order to receive a refund you must cancel no later than 2 weeks before the class.

For our nationally known guest instructors: To receive a refund, you must cancel no later than 4 weeks before the class. After that deadline, if we are able to replace you, you will receive a refund. (These teachers are promised a full class and we pay them for the number of students promised even if the students don't show up.)

If you need to cancel after the deadline and have paid the full class amount, we can either send you the class kit or refund half of your payment.

East Troy Restaurant, "Ivan's on the Square" serves our lunches!

The cost is still $7.50. Advance menus are not available but the food from Ivan's is always wonderful. Let us know if you have any allergies or are a vegetarian. Ivan's will accommodate you.
